HistoryThe Electrical Association for Women was founded in 1924. The aims of the association were to teach the safe and efficient use of electricity in the home and to express the user’s point of view on the design and performance of domestic electrical equipment. The Perth branch of the Association was founded in 1946. The Association was wound up in 1986 having fulfilled its ambitions.
